Functional Characteristic:
Water cut-off and flow control in case of power failure, i.e., when the flow control pump is not working, the internal water circuit can be cut off automatically, and the input voltage of the flow control pump can be adjusted to control the output flow rate, so as to achieve the purpose of water cut-off and flow control function.

How it works:
1. When taking hot water, start the flow-control pump, the heater, and the system will produce water normally. When the storage tank pressure is lower than the high pressure switch closure value, the water purification system will start to make water;
2.Downtime: Heater and flow control pump stop first, when the pressure of the water storage tank rises to the value of the high pressure switch action, system into downtime.

Flow Test Method

1) Connect the control flow pump to be inspected with each testing instrument and turn on the power, and start the control flow pump normally.
2), adjust the reading of the inlet pressure gauge, under the condition of 0.05 ~ 1.0MPa, (flow control pump operating voltage: DC6V ~ 26V) to measure the flow rate and current value when the flow rate is stable.
1.General refrigeration products are packed in wooden pallets + wooden boxes after individual testing to ensure the quality of each product.
2.Accessories, parts products use their corresponding packaging. Usually packed in carton + pallet.
3. Packaging according to customer requirements.
