Shaking Table
,
also called table concentrator
is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration, It's
not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. Also widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc.
1.Product Description:
Shaking table can be used to deal with many kinds of metal ores,such as rough selection, elaborate selection, and scavenging. It also can select and
sort coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand(0.5-0.074mm), slime (-0.074mm)
and other different particle sizes. What is more, shaking table can be used for sorting iron,manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin and other minerals,its effective recovery size is 2-0.02 mm. 40/60/88/120 riffles available.
2.Working Principle:
electric motor of the shaker drives the belt pulley to drive the crankshaft of the shaker device to move up and down by mean of a belt drive. When the rocker moves downwards, the mineral material enters through the groove in the inclined table surface of the double bar. Provide lateral impact water so that one side vibrates while rinsing. Specific gravity and particle size. Minerals with different densities flow out of the finer ore end of the bed and tailings in different directions,directly forming high quality concentrates due to ore With the replacement of the shaker, the equipment has greatly improved in terms of throughput and accuracy.
