SMBPM-10 DOD UV Multi-Color Printing with Card Personalization Machine is professional machine for Banking card / VISA Card / Master Card / Driver Licence Card / ID card personalization.

1. First Feeder: load CR80 cards for contactless LF & HF & UHF smart card personalization, contact chip SIM card & Banking card personalization, magnetic banking card encoding.

2. Double Card Detection: if double card from feeder, automatic stop and alarm.

3. Contactless smart card data personalization modules: read UID from module, load data from database or fixed data by our software setting, write data for 0-15sectors and different blocks and change A key and B key up 7000pcs card per hour.

4. Contact chip card data personalization modules: read UID from chip, load data from database or fixed data by our software setting, write data by location setting, automatic dispatch data.

5. Flipper / Turn-Over: automatic turn card from front side to back side, after contact chip card personalization, turn card side for magstripe encoding.

6. Magnetic card encoding module: load data from database or fixed data by our software setting, write 1/2/3 tracks for Hi-Co / Lo-Co magstripe card, recheck data after encoding. The initial bit / starting position can be adjusted by software and machinery sensor.

7. Adjustable Second Feeder: Load CR80 cards if only printing by second feeder, save time. Adjust the feeding module, load special size cards if only printing, maximum A4 sheet.

8. Plasma Treatment: Make the card surface easier to adhere to UV ink.

9. DOD UV Multi-Color Printing: Print one dimensional code, two-dimension barcode, personalization numbers, drug administration codes, anti-counterfeiting code, security code, database, serial / swift numbers, various patterns and any other languages. Load text & photo data as database, printing speed up to 13000pcs card per hour.

10. LED UV Dryer: Dry the UV ink after printing.

11. OCR(Optical Character Recognition) Verification: Verifies printed numbers, text, bar-code, QR-code and other codes and data from the database and layout.

12. Flipper / Turn-Over: Flipping the product for personalization from one side to another side.

13. 17. Labeling Module(location movable): Apply the scratch-off label & simple label on the product.

18. OCR(Optical Character Recognition) Verification System: Verifies laser printed numbers, text, bar-code, QR-code and other codes and data from the database and layout, Verifies label location on card.

19. Rejection module: Identification system of  the defect products on each stage of equipment operation (data of the contactless & contact chips, encoding of magnetic stripes, printing personal data on the card, quality control of the label module application ) and dispatch to the  rejection module for the cards.

20. Final conveyor: Collect finished good cards.

21. Controller: Management and control of encoding, printing, verification, rejection and product transfer on the  transport system.
