Working priciple
1 ) Filling Speed and the filling volume is adjustable . Through adjusting the digital display control panel to set the speed, filling time and the interval time so that control the filling volume.
2) Material contact parts are adopted Stainless Steel 316L , machine body adopt stainless steel 304 , whole machine adopt carry out mirror polish, reach GMP standard.
3) Manual finishing the bottle loading, when pass the interval time, filling head automatic fill.
4) This filling machine adopt positive pressure filling method , high filling accuracy, which is convenient and efficient.
5) The Filling head adopt Anti-Leaking Filling System , avoid leaking and wire drawing.
6) Pneumatic drive . The pneumatic part adopts Taiwan AirTac.
7) Switch function between manual and automatic: when machine is in “automatic” condition, machine will fill continuously with set speed, when it is under “manual” condition, operator step on footplate to realize filling. If stepping footplate continuously, it will change to continuous filling condition.
