Q. What is your terms of payment?
A. Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% in advance, 70% against the B/L. For long term business relations, we have advantage terms for payment.
Q. What is your terms of delivery?
A. We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective of you.
Q. How long is your production lead time?
A. It depends on the quantity of order and kind of product. Normally, it takes us 30-35 days for an order with MOQ qty.
Q. How can I get a sample?
A. We usually provide customer existing sample with free charge but you need to pay the freight cost. And if you need sample in your OEM color and print, we will charge you sample costs, and the costs are refundable once the order is placed.
Q.How long is the sample lead time?
A. For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. If you need sample with your own design, it taks 10-15 days normally.
Q.What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
A. For printing design, we need AI and PDF file.
