This kind of mold is used for making PVC wood plastic profiles.It consists of die head,calibrator and watertank.
Die material:S136H stainless steel
Die head: to shape the moving melt plastic with high temperature.
Calibrator: to cooling the plastic extruded product from the die head with water cooling and vacuum forming.
Water tank: to cooling the plastic extruded product again with pure water and to shape the extuded product pecfectly again with tankplates.
