The double-channel fruit pulper is suitable for stone fruits (mango, peach, apricot, date), berries (tomato, kiwi, strawberry, dragon fruit), and pre-cooked and softened pome fruits (apple, pear) and other fruits. Beating and separation.
The machine is used for core removal, pulping and filtering of fruits and vegetables.
The machine has the function of removing fruit cores, which can be directly pulped. The core and pulp are automatically separated without clogging.

The machine is composed of transmission system, bearing seat, sleeve shaft, simple rear cover, pulp retaining plate, barrel body, spline shaft screen, scraper (or beating rod), simple front cover, frame and other components.
The fruit is transported from the feed port of the machine, and the feeding paddles spirally transport the material to the beating rod. Under the action of the beating rod, the material is mashed. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the juice and meat (which has become slurry) in the material enter the next process through the sieve holes on the screen, and the core is discharged from the slag outlet through the slurry blade, thereby realizing automatic separation of slurry and slag. When processing berries, the motor is driven by a V-belt to rotate the scraper mounted on the splined shaft at high speed.
When the crushed fruits enter the machine through the feed port, the pulp retaining plate evenly distributes the materials to the scraper and the machine. Between the screens, due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder toward the outlet, and the moving trajectory is spiral.
