DRX-II-SPB Carbon Material Graphite Felt High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Testing Instrument
The tester is mainly used to test low thermal conductivity of carbon felt, refractory materials, refractory carbon fiber products, heat insulating brick and board, and thermal conductivity of fire-resistant materials and powdery materials. It achieves automatic control by applying industrial PC, with friendly interface, high precise temperature control, and printing test report automatically.

GB/T 17911.8-2002 Refractory Ceramic Fiber Products--Determination of Thermal Conductivity ASTM C201 Standard Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Refractories, YB/T 4130-2005.
Main technical parameters:
1. Range of thermal conductivity: 0.03 ~ 2.7W / m. K;
2. Accuracy: ± 3%;
3. Furnace temperature ( o C): 600~ 1600;
4. Heating mode: 1600 ℃ heating by molybdenum rods.
5. The test chamber can be filled with protect atmosphere or be vacuum.
6. Sample thickness: 50mm
7. Sample size (mm): Φ120 ×( 30-50) mm, it can be changed based on users requirements;
8. Cold pole heat flow is measured by heat flow sensor
9. The pressure can be adjusted: 0 ~ 0.1 Mpa, and the furnace body is cooled with cooling water;
10. Power supply: 380V, 12kw.
11. Connect the computer to achieve automatic testing, data printing output.
