1. Power head full hydraulic combined drilling rig, split structure, convenient for underground transportation, displacement and installation.
2. The drilling rig is composed of hydraulic pump station, power head, frame, control console, column support and other components. It is connected with high-pressure oil pipe during operation, and is safe to operate away from the orifice.
3. The hydraulic system design is mature, simple, reliable, easy to master, easy to analyze and solve when a fault occurs.
4. Double column or four column support, one anchor can be drilled porous, light weight, high efficiency, strong applicability.
UX600 Portable mine full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is mainly composed of pumping station, power head, frame, column frame, operating table and drilling tools. The pump station and power head of the drilling rig are connected by high pressure pipes of different diameters. All the joints are fast joints. It is convenient to install, remove and transport. Pumping station drives oil pump to rotate by explosion-proof motor, converts electric energy into hydraulic energy (pressure oil) of rotating oil circuit and pushing oil circuit, and then transfers pressure oil to hydraulic actuator through valve group on control platform, thus realizing various functions of drilling rig.
