A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 5-7 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance against copy of B/L.

Also we'd like to do customized design, tooling making and plastic injection together, you can get a one-stop service for a customized plastic parts.By the way, we'd like to accept any negotiation of share the tooling cost to develop a new products. Share the tooling cost, face to different market.
