1. The cleaning part.
Includes per-cleaning, screening, remove-stone, magnetic separator and dampening. The main equipment is the primary cleaning screen, vibrating screen, stone removal machine and wheat washing machine,d i fferent capacity machine line has different number of beat, screen and stoner.
2. The flour milling part.
(1) Millpart-- mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifterpart --separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
(3) Whey powder-- part: High quality flour is obtained by purifying the wheat core
3.packing part.
The packing part can be Wooden case packing or container unloaded, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.
