Fan Shape Goggle Valve

Fan Shape Goggle Valve is applied in gaseous medium pipelines of gas, fume and ash laden gas in industries of operating condition enterprises and environmental protection, and it works as reliable disconnecting device.

Benifits :

1.This manual fan-shaped blind plate valve is composed of left valve body, right valve body, valve plate and connecting shaft (three). Use the special wrench to turn connecting shaft screw pair and drive left and right valve bodies to finish the movements of clamping and releasing. Change the position of blind hole plate and via hole on the valve to reach the purpose of opening and closing. It is equipped with advantages of simple structure, light weight, reliable performance and convenient operations and so on.

2.Compensator is set on the valve body, only for compensating axial displacement when valve opening and closing, and reducing open and close moment of the valve. 

3.The rubber seal ring is installed on the valve plate, and this structure is easier for replacing seal ring.

Precautions of maintenance, installation and use:

1. The arrow on the valve body shows the flow direction of medium. Axial displacement of 16~20mm shall appear in left and right bodies when the valve is opened.

2. This valve shall not bear the push, pull and distortion action generated by the external force due to heat-expansion and cold-contraction of pipeline or other reasons. 

3. Compensator with long structure is only convenient for the opening and closing of the valve, not for replacing the expander which shall be set in the pipeline. External force generated by various factors in the pipeline shall not exert on this compensator.

4. This valve is exposed type. During the opening and closing, medium leaks, therefore, safety precautions shall be carried out during operating.  

5. Rubber seal ring shall not conglutinate with valve body or cause hard friction, in order to stop damaging seal ring and the working performance of the valve.

6. When the left and right valve bodies released, the medium leaks. In order to ensure safety, please first close gas butterfly valve before closing the blind plate valve, at the same time, take venting practice and other measures to ensure safety.
