The drawing contains the information of the size, shape, position relationship of the Covar alloy product, and specifies the tolerance requirements of each size. The operator compares the actual size with the design requirements and calculates the deviation for each size. These deviations are compared to the tolerances specified in the design drawings to determine if the workpiece meets the requirements.
According to the design drawings, the manufacturing engineer writes the CNC program. In the program, parameters such as tool path, cutting speed, feed speed, etc. for each cutting operation need to be specified, as well as dimensions and tolerances for each machining feature. During the machining process, the CNC system will control the tool to cut according to the predetermined path according to the program instructions. At the same time, the CNC system can monitor the cutting force, cutting temperature and other parameters in real time, and adjust according to the measurement results to ensure the accuracy of processing.

After processing is complete, the operator uses measuring tools and equipment to detect and measure the workpiece being machined. Commonly used measuring tools are micrometer, caliper, altimeter, projector and so on. Through measurement, the actual size of the workpiece can be obtained and compared with the design requirements.
