The jaw crusher consists of two jaw plates of the moving jaw and the static jaw, which simulates the two jaw movements of animals and completes the crushing operation of the material. Widely used in mining smelting, building materials, road, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry of all kinds of ore and bulk material crushing. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
The working mode of this series crusher is driven extrusion type, diesel engine power drive, through the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw up and down, when the moving jaw rises, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate close, at the same time the material is crushed or split, to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the moving jaw goes down, the Angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher jaw does periodic movement to crush and discharge materials to achieve mass production.
