Q1: What is the MOQ? Can I get few pcs samples for test?

A: NO MOQ required, sample testing is welcome.

Q2: What's the delivery time of the orders?

Sample can be delivery 3~7 days;

Production lead time for 100~500pcs: < 10~20 days;

500-3000pcs: 18~60 days.

Q3: Do you have the products in stock?

A: Yes, but for some items with certain quantity only. Usually products are to be produced according to your order including samples.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

LEDEAST has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and evaluation of incoming materials to the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for several times.

For every light in LEDEAST are tested in different procedures.
1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work stably and standardly under
extreme temperature environment.
2: Anti-Corrosion Testing, to make sure the high bay lights are working well even under
corrosive environment.
3: Drop Testing, to make sure the lamps remain good even dropped from high places
4: Anti-Vibration Testing, to make sure the packages are strong and good enough for delivery.

Q5: What's your warranty terms?

A: 2-8 years warranty (Different configuration, different warranty period, and different price).

The repair or replacement will be arranged by LEDEAST if there is any products quality problems within this period.

Q6: Will you delivery the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?

A: Of course, we will deliver the right goods, honesty and credit is the core of LEDEAST company culture.

Customer or any 3nd party come to our factory for detail checking are welcome.

LED Knowledges:

1.What is LED light?

a. LED light is equiped by LED as light source. Full name of LED is light emitting diode, which is an electronic device that lights up when electricity is passed through it.

b. Energy saving: Efficiency is 80-100lm/w now, which is over 8 times higher than efficiency of incandescent bulbs.
1W LED=3W CFL(energy saving light)=15W Incandescent / Halogen lamp
3W LED=8W CFL(energy saving light)=25W Incandescent / Halogen lamp

c. Eco-friendly: LED does not contain any leads, mercury, argon, xenon or krypton gases. Fluorescent bulb contains mercury.

2. What is CCT (color temperature)?

LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural, pure and cool white with color temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the color temperature is the warmer light.
