Structure and working principle of hammer mill
This machine is composed of a feeding hopper, upper and lower bodies, rotors, screens, fans, conveying pipes and other parts. Users can equip storage bags or storage bins according to their own needs. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed hopper, it is crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer. Driven by the airflow, the crushed objects are continuously crushed along the outer edge of the rotor by hitting, colliding and rubbing against hammers, tooth plates, and screens. The crushed powder particles are quickly transported to the storage bag or storage bin through the sieve due to the centrifugal pressure of the rotor and the suction force of the fan.
