TB-610 series UV glue
can make the wound to get a perfect healing through making the optimization repair scheme for the different conditions of the wound.
TB-610 series UV glue
is mainly fill liquid glue into the crack for eliminating the gap.The characteristics of the product is low viscosity,strong permeability( easy to infiltrate tiny cracks of the windscreen ), very high transparency, refractive index of glass. Its strength can reach more than 90% of the original glass by rapidly solidified through using ultraviolet radiation.
USE
The construction process of TB-610series UV glue is very simple. the main tool is a Vacuum syringe similar to the needle structure, It function remove the air in the wound glass and then fill TB-610 series UV glue into the wound.The least 90% of the repaired space will be filled full by the filled liquid after several times pumped and pressured, and then the repair liquid will be frozen after it be irradiated with ultraviolet lamp about two minutes on up ,down,left and right or insolated about 10 minutes under the sunlight in order to let repair solution set.
The product has removed transparency and low shrinkage rate.The product will be solidified into a kind of impact resistance and flexibility rubber when the product is be exposed be UV light under 350~380 nm in a few seconds, the rubber has excellent resistance humidity or resistance water, resistance weather and durability.The low viscosity ensures the permeability repair of the windshield.TB-610 UV glue has strong adhesion to the surface of the windshield. At the same time,the refractive index consistency with TB-610 series UV glue and the windshield guarantees the excellent repairing effect.

PRECAUTIONS
—Park the car indoors and prohibit direct UV rays (Premature curing of the repair agent will cause repair failure).
—Clean up the damaged parts, and there must be no moisture or dust on the glass surface(Failure of the repair agent to penetrate into the crack will cause repair failure)
—Remove broken glass slag. Only the repair agent penetrates into the crack, the glass can be repaired without leaving traces.
—Pressurization will make the repair agent penetrate better. It can be cured only after the injection is completed. Once cured, it is irreversible.
—UV repair agent is chemical product, please avoid contact with children.
—This product has slight irritation to eyes and skin. If you accidentally splash it into your eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water. If you still have discomfort, you need to go to the hospital. If skin contact occurs, rinse immediately with soapy water. Wash contaminated clothing before wearing.
—During repairing operations, please take protective measures such as rubber gloves and masks.
