Fire Clay Bricks
Content introduction
Clay bricks are small man-made blocks used in construction. Also known as sintered brick. Solid clay brick is one of the oldest building materials in the world. From the Mausoleum of the First Emperor of Qin in Shaanxi Province to the Great Wall of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Beijing, it has inherited the architectural civilization of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. Today, it is still the favorite building material of Chinese people.
Sort
According to the hole rate: solid brick (no hole or hole rate is less than 25% of the brick), porous brick (hole rate is equal to or greater than 25%), the size of the hole is small and the number of bricks, often used for bearing parts, strength grade is higher. Hollow brick (a brick with a hole rate equal to or greater than 40%, a large hole size and a small number of holes, often used in non-load-bearing parts, and a low strength grade).
Peculiarity
Solid brick and porous brick are mostly used for load-bearing structure walls, hollow brick is mostly used for non-load-bearing structure walls.
Carbon Roaster
Carbon baking furnace is a kind of furnace used in the domestic carbon industry. Introduction Of Advantages
Clay brick is made of clay (including shale, coal gangue and other powder) as the main raw material, through mud treatment, molding, drying and roasting. The size of ordinary brick is 240 mm ×115 mm ×53 mm, according to the size of compressive strength (Newton/square mm, N/mm2) is divided into MU30, MU25, MU20, MU15, MU10, MU7.5 these six strength grades.
The Al2O3 content of clay bricks in China is generally more than 40%, and the Fe2O3 content is less than 2.0 ~ 2.5%. The clinker is 65 ~ 85% and the combined clay is 35 ~ 15%. The pulverized bonded clay is mixed with the fine clinker, and then the granular clinker is prepared into semi-dry mud, which is formed under high pressure and fired at about 1400℃. Clay brick is weakly acidic at high temperature, and its ability to resist alkaline slag erosion is slightly poor, but it is enhanced with the increase of Al2O3 content. The thermal stability is better than that of silicon brick and magnesium brick (see magnesium brick).
The phosphoric acid impregnated product of qualified BF clay bricks after drying treatment and secondary low temperature firing is used for laying the lining of BF furnace body.
