A: Sorry, generally we would not provide the free sample. If the customer order the sample firstly for the testing and evaluation,
and the sample cost is refundable once you confirm the order with us after the sample test.

A: We supply one unit for sample order, there is a small quantity in stock. If require OEM or ODM order, Please contact with our

Q: Can you do customize order and preload our software?

and also offer software preload service.
Q: How is the ODM device development cost calculated?
A: The development charge include tooling design, PCBA development and hardware tooling. Please talk with our sales team and we

A: Sure, we worked with lots of famous company and all of them require to sign the NDA before cooperation.
Q: How long it will take for delivery?
A: It takes 3~7 days if ship the goods via courier service such as DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx. For big quantity order, we ship by Air or
Sea, you can also assign your own forwarder for shipment and the delivery time will be longer.
