A: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the
design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 3-5 weeks. ( Except for urgent order)
Q2: How long will it take to delivery?
A: To ship by sea it takes 20-35 days depending on different destination. To ship by air or by express is about 2-7 days
depending on destination.
Q3: Can I print our logo /barcode /unique QR code /series number on?
A: Yes, you can. It depents, for mirror/satin finish surface, we suggest laser logo on the product. Barcode /unique QR code series number stickers on products or print on the package. Of course, we always confirm the design before producing. So you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Q4: Can I copper coating the products?
A: Yes, we provide electroplating, PVD copper coating, color painting,vintage stone wash, brush polishing, mirror polishing, over 7 types surface treatment. Contact us to customize your brand new items.
Q5: Can I order some samples for our testing?
A: Sure, we can arrange the sample to you by freight collect.
Q6: What' s your MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity ) ?
A: Our MOQ for each type of product is 200-3000 pieces depending on different items. Please consult our sales people for more detail.
Q7: Can you customize product in special shape?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM, but for special designed products, we will have a higher MOQ and you need to charge for mould, please understand it!
Q8: How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
A: From semi-finish products to finish products, Our QC team will inspect each part,each item, each shipment before loading and all raw material will be 100% new. The third party inspection from clients is welcome.
