Step #1 Purchasing The Raw Material

The administrator for procedure is our advantage, which includes material procurement, orders follow-up, quality control, inspection & loading supervision handing etc.




Step #2 Injection Stretch Blowing process

Our company has introduced advanced injection-stretch-blow machines from Japan, and all PETG inner liner is completed by injection-stretch-blow, which is efficient and of good quality.

Step #3 Punching Aluminium Shell

Our factory has 20 stamping machines with a daily output of up to 200,000 metal casings.


Step #4 Cutting The Cases

We are able to control the length of the tubes if you prefer longer or shorter. Our factory has 10 sets of auto cutting machines to finish this work.

Step #5 Polish The Surface

We will polish the original tubes 2 times to make the surface more smooth and glossy, which will make it easy to the next anodized step.

Step #6 Anodized Treatment

This is a must step. Every tube need be anodized before adding any extra finish or printing on it

Step #7 D eep Immersion Cleaning

This is the 2nd cleaning finish to make the the tube finish much better.

Step #8 The Electroplating Finish

This is a very important step because your preferred color will be achieved here.

Step #9 Dry

Leave the tubes for 5-6 hours to dry out before we proceed the first-round quality control process.

Step #10 First-Round Quality Control

This is the very first quality control process after the color added on the surface. The damaged or with scratches ones will be picked out one by one.

Step #11 Logo Printing

Our factory has 23 sets of S/S printing and Hotstamping Machines to print the artwork on the tubes. We finish all the coating and printing process at our factory.

Step # 12 Brush Assembling

Sometimes we assemble the brush by semi-automatic machines but we use the full-auto machines more.


Step #13 Insert The Inside PETG Tube And Cap

We insert the inside tubes manually to do an extra quality inspection.

Step #14 Pack Into The Carton

When all the work above finished, the last step is to pack them one layer by one layer with an opp bag protected inside the carton box.

Step #15 Warehousing For Shipment

Our factory has a 3 Floors for warehousing all the finished goods which is waiting for shipment.
