Plastic Imitated Rubber Band Making Machine Children'S Rubber Band Extruder Production Line

1.The usage of plastic rubber band TPU\TPR\SBS rubber band making machine is widely used in toys, decoration, gift packaging, vegetable packing etc .Upon self production demand, customer may choose our sigle color, or multi-color type main extruder structure, combined with extrusion die, cooling tank, haul-off unit machine, cutting machine, wind transportation system, etc.

2.The main motor driven by the high precise tooth flank of speed reducerand the stuff canister of screw is adapted with high strength alloy steel nitride (38 CrMoALA) .Inaddition,the extruder drive adopts ABB frequency conversion controller.Temperature controller adopts Japan RKC/OMRON brand ,whose accuracy is ± 1 degree centigrade;

3.The design of mold is based on different properties of TPU/TPR/SBS and blow control apparatus inside conditioning make product size to meet the controlled requirements.

4.The material of cooling water tank which is made of stainless steel adopts imported SUS304 ;Tank adopts spiral elevator device, can adjust towards up and down three-dimensionally , it is very convenient to operate .Equipped with tank and special centrifugal pump,both are made of stainless steel to make the cooling water can be recycled rather than splashing surface.

5.The shear knife cutting ensures the effect of product cutting and it is equipped with separation processor, so that products will not absorb to cutter point.
