Astaxanthin is a finished product obtained by cleaning and spray drying after Haematococcus pluvialis cultivation. The content is 1%-5.0%, 100% left-handed structure, the strongest antioxidant activity, known as the concentrate of natural astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin (astaxanthin or astaxanthin), a type of carotenoid, is a strong natural antioxidant.
Like other carotenoids, astaxanthin is a fat-soluble and water-soluble pigment found in shrimp, crab, salmon, algae and other marine organisms.
Astaxanthin has strong antioxidant capacity, 550 times that of vitamin E and 10 times that of beta-carotene.
The structure of astaxanthin is divided into optical activity, and it is divided into three types: levorotatory, dextrorotatory, and meso. It should be noted that only levorotatory astaxanthin has a good antioxidant function.
