3. How long will it take to receive my products?

take 2 weeks
for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.
4. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
We are a
custom factory
. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based on your artwork and packaging need.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs.
6. What is your Quality Assurance Terms ?
1) When you confirm order, we will send the final design to you to confirm the design
2) After design, We will make a sample and send to you. When you confirm the sample, We will make mass production according the sample, The Sample will as the mass production standard.
3) If you received the Cargo, It’s not same as the sample, And the blame is On Our side, We will charge it and discuss the Solution.
7. Confidentiality principle
We Will Keep All Our client Design, and logo, sample On our Archives, And never show to the similar Client.
