White POM plate is a kind of dystectic, high crystallinity thermoplastic engineering plastic material, its mechanical property is very close to metal material, can be used in 100°C normally.
100% Virgin Material POM sheet can be applied to making components and parts of mechanical equipment, such as wheel gear, bearing, pump case, which is widely employed in the field of auto industry, electronics, medical devices, packing services, food machinery.
There are POM-C and POM-H in the market, and POM-C has the most market share, because it is easy to compound and machine, and our company can both offer POM-C and POM-H sheet. |

Black POM PLATE Material
Usually all the material we use for white POM sheet and rod is grade A and best in China. When producing black POM sheet and rod, we use 100% virgin material. You can have my word that we don't mix any recycled material to produce white POM sheet and rod for reducing cost when you are told that it is 100%virgin material.

Our company can eliminate most of internal stress by "online" technical process for white POM sheet and rod when on production line and "offline" technical process in stress relief furnace for more than 100 hours.
So the sphaerocrystal of white POM sheet and rod can be stable. It means the size stability is good, and looks very straight and smooth to be suitable to do precise machining like precision automatic lathe maching.

1. Pre Sale
Because we have 3 retail shops, so we usually have stocks for all items we sell. It means we also can offer small samples of all items at any time. And there are also fumigation export wooden pallet and case available for packing and fast delivery.
2. On Sale
We can do little piece product cutting, surface cleaning, edge shaving, size stamping, hexagon packing for small plastic rod, standard fumigation export wooden pallet and case packing and quality inspecting when on sale.

Q1: What size do you have for white POM sheet ?
Reply:
Our regular thickness is 10/12/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/100 mm
Our regular width&length is 600x1200 mm and 1000x2000 mm.
If you want to customize your size, you may have to afford the mold charge if your quantity is small, and we can afford the mold charge if your quantity is large.
Q2: Are all size and material same price for black POM sheet ?
Reply:
For size, usually the price of thickness 10/12/15/80/85/90/100 mmis higher, because small black POM sheet takes much more time to produce, and big white POM sheet wastes much more material.
For material, usually we use 100% and grade A material in China for white POM sheet. And we also offer cheap price white POM sheet with 100% recycled material which is from Japan or part of virgin material and part of recycled material. Meanwhile, we can offer high price and quality delrin sheet with material Dupont 100p.
Q3: What about the MOQ ?
Reply:
For MOQ, it is 200 kgs for each specification, there is no quantity limitation for the items has stock, usually white POM sheet always have stock.
Q4: What about the packing ?
Reply: For packing, our fumigation export wooden pallet can afford 3000 kgs white POM sheet.
White POM Sheet Packing-Fumigation Export Wooden Pallet:
1. Quantity: 3000 kgs/pallet;
2. Wooden Pallet Size: 200x100x115 cm;
3. Gross/Net Weight: 3050/3000 kgs;
4. Container Capacity: 30000 kgs(10 pallets) or 27000 kgs(loose packing)for 1x20' GP.
Q5: What about the payment term ?
Reply:
For payment term, usually we do TT100% in advance if the total amount money is small, and we doTT30% in advance, balance before shipment or against the copy of original B/L if the total amount is large.
Q6: What about the delivery term ?
Reply:
For delivery item, we can produce 30000 kgs white POM sheet in one month for now, and we have stock, so we can ship 1x20'GP with 27000 kgs in two weeks . AQ
