Description:
The operator can eliminate the faults under the operation of the machine from the prompts of the liquid crystal display to implement man-machine dialogue and read the technical data of this machine. The PLC and encoder monitor and display the operation and faults of the whole machine. Every protective door and window have a security alarm system to ensure the safety of the workers.
Main Features:
Paper feeding unit:
1)paper feeding is non-stop with high speed.
2)The machine implements paper feeding automatically without a halt, which is enhanced the efficiency of working.
3)The powerful suction of the high precision feeders from the European technique ensures the cardboard delivery smoothly with high speed.
4)Advanced push-pull side-guide is adopting a cam index mechanism, which is more stable with little damage.
5)Double protection for the heads of the feeders ensures the security of the feeders and the paper feeding station.
6)The fine-tuned device in the paper feeding station can regulate the speed according to the specification of the paper.
