1. What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 30 piece, and you can enjoy some discounts for orders that are over 30 pieces. You can mix different designs, and 5 pieces for each design at least.
2. What ’ s the biggest size I can order?
Any size that you need. Such as 200cm x 300cm, 300cm x 400cm.
3. How can I make the payment?
30% - 40% o f the total value to be paid before production. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Trade Assurance.
4. Can I get a sample, and how long it will take for the delivery?
Yes. We can make a sample and you can receive the sample in 20 days. The sample cost for metal painting 100cm x 100cm is US$100, and the shipping cost to US/EU is around US$120. So the total cost is US$220. To save the shipping cost, you may order a small size sample for checking, like 60cm x 60cm.
5. Do you accept OEM work?
Yes. As we have our own factory, we can accept OEM.
6. Do you have an example for me to estimate the cost for my orders?
Let's say 10 pieces of 50 x 50 x 50cm ceramic crafts. The unit price is about US$200, and 10 pieces are US$2000. After packaging, it is around 2cmb, and DDP shipping cost by sea is about US$1000, so the total cost is around US$3000.

Firstly, before mass producing, we can make a sample for you to check if the quality is good. After approving the sample, we will begin to produce. Secondly, during the production, we have a professional artist to check the whole process and make sure the finished artworks are good. Thirdly, our staff will check the artwork when packing these paintings.
