1. INTENDED USE
S&C Biotech Ehrlichia – Lyme - Anaplasma - Heartworm Combo Test (TBD-4) is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of tick-borne
diseases antibodies against Ehrlichia canis, Ehrlichia ewingii, Borrelia burgdorferi, Anaplasma phagocytophilum and Anaplasma
platys , and Dirofilaria immitis in dog’s serum or plasma specimen.
Assay Time: 5-10 minutes
Specimen: Serum, plasma
2. PRINCIPLE OF THE ASSAY
S&C Biotech Ehrlichia – Lyme - Anaplasma - Heartworm Combo Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.
3. KIT COMPONENT
- 10×foil pouches, each containing one cassette, one pipette and a desiccant
- 10 Assay buffer for EHR-LYM-ANA (Ehrlichia, lyme, anaplasma)
- 10 Assay buffer for CHW (Heartworm)
- 10×spare 10μL pipettes
- 10×centrifugal tubes

4. TEST PROCEDUR

4. TEST PROCEDUR
- Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25℃ before running the assay.
- Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
CHW TEST PROCEDURE
- Collect 50μL of the prepared specimen into a vial of CHW assay buffer and mix well. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120μL) of the
diluted sample into the sample hole “S” of the test card, respectfully matching the window CHW.
- Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
CHW TEST PROCEDURE
