TKD PDC cutters are ranged in sizes from 8mm to 19mm in diameter and 03mm to 19mm in length. And produced in various shapes of basic cylindrical cutters and conical cutters, with customized angles, chamfers, diamond thickness, interface and dimensions. TKD-G Series PDC oil cutters
Application:	Medium quality PDC cutters for downhole tools and bits that require exceptional backup, gauge, updrill, reaming or stabilization applications. also for geotechnical drill bit cutters at drilling depth below 750 meters.

TKD-M Series PDC oil cutters
Introduction:	Medium standard PDC cutters-good performance with medium impact and abrasion resistance
Features:	TKD-M series-Medium standard PDC cutters are new lauched products since year of2012,this is new generation item, by using advanced sintered technology, and premium quality of diamond raw materials, also we modified the production and inspection technology, so the new cutters show better features with wear-resistance and impact0resistance, especially for wear-resistance, almost double performance than old generation items.
Application:	This type of cutters are suitable for medium hard(8-12 grade) oil/gas field drilling formations, very popular for simple drilling formations, single interbeded layer like (5-10 meter) can be allowed. Drilling area: 0-4000 meters.

TKD-S Series PDC oil cutters
Introduction:	Senior PDC cutters-good performance with high impact and abrasion resistance.
Features:	TKD-S series-Senior PDC cutters are researched and explored from year of 2013, this is our top star item, from aspects of wear-resistance, impact-resistance, thermal stability these physical and mechanical features, our Senior cutters all perform very well which can compete with foreign brand of cutters like US synthetic , E6, etc.
Application:	This type is suitable for medium hard and hard(8-15 grade) rock mixture formation oilfield drilling on land and offshore drilling in the deep sea, especially suitable for high abrasion with interbeded layer(20-50meters allowed) formation deep drilling from 3000-6000 meters. • Also we make good progress in horizontal drilling, shale gas-cluster well drilling areas.
• Performance:	By using our cutters, we have succeeded in deep drilling shale gas in domestic complicated formations like Sichuan area, Karamay in Xinjiang, also Russian area, Houston in USA, Edmotion in CA etc. Clients are quite happy to save lot on drilling cost per meter.
