EVA adhesive is the most aggressive adhesive for book binding on the market and works well on all types of paper, even aqueous coated stocks or books printed with heavy ink coverage or uncoated papers. This is of enormous benefit to projects requiring short run digitally printed books on highly coated or varnished interior pages – even synthetic materials. Clamp Table
Ruller for Open Thickness
The clamp table can open max. 0.1-60mm.
Under manual mode, you can press until the clamp table "open" or "close" to your requirment.
Under auto mode, pls set the open thickness large than books 0.1-1cm.
Solar milling cutter+Small milling cutter
The combination of a 20-tooth sun knife and a small milling cutter, the back-milling of the book, ensures the penetration of the glue layer. The book is very strong and does not drop pages.
Structure of Spine Glue & Side Glue
Add side glue binding to make the book binding more secure.
3PCS glue roller to adhesive eva on spine of books. When the rubber wheel is rolled and glued, it can ensure that the rubber layer is uniform and no blank is generated. The thickness of the glue layer can be adjusted by the knob. When binding thicker books, increase the thickness of the glue.

The vertical rise type book platform design has a good grip surface effect and is suitable for covers of various thicknesses, and the book forming effect is perfect.
LCD Display
Simple operation interface, easy to operate. Intelligent circuit, large-screen digital display, all parameters are at a glance. It has a heating and cooling mode that automatically converts parameters based on temperature changes.
"Start" & "Emergency" Button
When you insert inner pages on clamp table and bookcover on plastform. Just press "start" button and wait 3-5 seconds, you will get a perfect books.
