30% deposit needed to be paid, based on order quantities.
Moraq start mold, after customer checking sample quality is qualified, order is effective. If quality is not meet customer’s requirements, deposit can be returned to customer.
Q3: After-sales support:
A:
Installation videos and maintenance videos on the installation for after sales support.
Q4: How to ensure the service of end customers?
A:
We can offer free after-sales parts, is not because our product quality not good. But, when the customer asks for it, customer can purchase it, or we can applies for increasing parts as his stock preparation. Business distributor customer has service ability. Moraq is only responsible for the installation guidance in batches. As a distributor, the customer needs an after-sales service specialist.

When the customer distributes it, the site may need to be installed correctly, or the ejector link may be lost during installation, or end users operation without clean pipes in advance. that is the real situation easy to happen. According to this situation, customers will purchase additional inlet and outlet valves for sell as well.
