The degree of tightness between 5 Gallon cap and inner cap is coordinate mooderately, when normal using, the inner cap can easily push out and the cap can easily unrip by hand after used.

Description of caps

The sealing caps of 5 gallons drinkable water barrels are seal assemble used to seal up 5 gallons drinkable water barrels. The caps are made from LDPE+HDPE food grade raw materials and produced with injection molding process. Heated tags are attached on the sealing parts. And leakage-proof rubber gaskets and inner plugs are mounted automatically. The above technological process shall be carried out in closed and dust-free workshops. All raw materials, master batch and auxiliary materials shall comply with the requirements of EU directive regarding the materials which have direct contact with food.

Recommended Storage Conditions: Circulated and used by following the principle of FIFO(first in, first out) during production. It is not expected to store the caps in environment containing water or odor of chemicals. The boxes shall not be piled up to avoid damages to packages and products. The products shall not by used any more beyond 18 months since the date of production.
