Jewelry Co., Ltd was first founded in 2005, is a specialized jewelry business of having own design, production and sales capability.
We have experience in brand processing. We are very precise about the size of rings, and we are clear about the difference between each place, so please be at ease to give us your ideas.
Technological Process
Step 1 : Designing Dept
Making a jewelry, design is the first step.
If you have your own design, please send us your draft,/jewelry pictures with detail sizes, our engineer will make a CAD picture for your reference. If the designs need to be fixed, you may point out and our designer will make it as your request.
When the 3D design is done, the design will printed out as a wax mold, and then we will make the wax mold into metal mold for the bulk production.
Step 2 : Molding and Sampling
We are experienced in developing/molding/sampling new collections with customers together.
Step 3 : Wax
After confirming the mold, then we will go for wax injection and plan the wax tree.
Step 4 :Casting
In this part, the wax will change into metal. The high temperature liquid gypsum will be poured into the wax tree, after it cooling, the wax melted by the gypsum, and our manufacturing team will pour the silver/brass liquid into the gypsum. So that the metal tree will come out after cooling. And then we cut the pieces from the tree, as you can see the first face of our jewelry.
Step 5 : Assembling
Soldering is used to join connecting circle/ring on the necklace/pendant/bracelet etc.
Step 6 : Polishing
Surface Treatment Polishing is creating a smooth and shiny surface, cutting out the useless metal to make jewelry beauty, adjusting the jewelry shape,etc. There are different methods to finish this process, with the help of different machines and tools.
Step 7 : QC
Quality control is in our every step, such as checking when we buy the material, the accessories, during the productions, finished products, packing, before shipment.
Step 8 : Lab
UV Test/Salt Spray Test/Stone Falling Test/Abrasion Test/Tension Test
Step 9 : Packing and Shipping
We have full system of shipping, we can pack and ship exactly according to customer requirements, can ship directly to customer's different retail sales channels or shops or warehouses.
Step 10 : Customized packing
Usually 1 pcs jewelry into 1 poly bag, and certain qty into a larger bag. We can label and pack with customers own packing materials with their logo, such as tickets, labels, jewelry pouches, jewelry boxes, and pack exactly as customers need. We can also provide customers with customized boxes and jewelry bags ( at extra costs).
