Application of Pumpkin seeds extractor
How to use this machine?
1:Manually feed the pumpkin into the hopper;
2: Break it under the action of the crushing shaft;
3:The broken pumpkin is transported to the separation drum under the action of the inclined surface of the crushing box;
4:Under the stirring action of the separating shaft, the skin and part of the flesh are discharged out of the separating cylinder, and the seeds and water fall into the stirring wheel box through the separating screen, etc.
5:Under the action of the agitator shaft, melon seeds and melon flesh are fed into the cleaning bucket;
6:Through the rotation of the cleaning shaft, the seeds, water and a small amount of melon flesh are further separated and cleaned;
7:The melon seeds pass through the seed outlet under the extrusion of the cleaning shaft; Under the action of the above continuous process, the collection, separation and cleaning of melon seeds are completed.
