Deorice powder is a new deodorizer and taste improver which efficiently reuses Japanese defatted rice bran.
It reduces off flavors in beverages, giving them a well-rounded taste.
It removes fishy odors, meaty odors, and off flavors in processed foods.
It reduces bitter and astringent flavors in health foods, etc., and removes off odors.
• Reducing off flavors in beverages: 0.005–0.1% ratio to total weight (standard additive amount)
• Deodorizing processed foods (Blending): 0.01–0.5% ratio to total weight (standard additive amount)
(Dipping): adjust the dip solution to a 0.01–0.5% ratio to the total amount before dipping
• Reducing bitter and astringent flavors in health foods: 0.05–0.8% ratio to total weight (standard additive amount)
