LS-200-A Gemstone Shaping Machine

Lotustep Gem Shaping Machine works with a diamond shaping wheel, it can make stone into different shapes with size you want, such as round bead, flat bead, round cab, oval cab, cylinder, egg and heart.
Used for different hardness stone, like jade, agate, crystal, quartz, shell, turquoise and fossi, we suggest diamond grit 60/80 for very hard stone like agate and quartz, grit 180/220 for soft stone like natural turquoise.
The stone would fix with a clamp, clamp always rotating when the machine working, the rotating speed adjustable, we suggest start with slow speed for preshaping, depend on stone hardness and size.
This model max cutting stone width 50-60 mm, we suggest the enlarged model LS-200-C for size over 60mm.
With water recycle system, reduce the water pollution
First choice for gemstone mass production with uniform shape and size, one people can look after 3-5 machines at a time, can produce 1000-2500 pcs of stone for 8 hours with one machine.
