Application:
DZL-10 Grain Cleaner(grain cleaning machine and equipment) is used to remove extraneous sundries like leaves, chaff, dust and flat grain. Apply to wheat, maize, beans, rice, sunflower seeds and other crops.

mainly consists of hopper, bucket elevator, cyclone dust separator and reciprocating screen.
Working Principle:
1. Bucket elevator elevates grain from hopper to reciprocating screen ;
2. At the outlet of bucket elevator, a fan sucks out the relatively light sundries like dust, stive, rice chaff and bran;
3. Then grain flows onto a flat screen(reciprocating screen) that is set at a slight incline and reciprocate mechanically. Large sundries is removed as the grain fall through the holes in the first screen and onto a second screen; the second screen traps the grain and moves them to an outlet as smaller sundries falls through the holes.
