Application :

GF2030 Laboratory Graphitization Furnace is vertical top loading induction heating furnace with cylindrical heating zone. It’s ideal for various research applications and new materials development. Simple operation and easy maintenance process of this furnace, save time and budget in research projects. With operating temperature of 1000~3000°C, this model can be used for many applications, such as carbonization and graphitization treatment of carbon materials, like synthetic graphite film, carbon fiber, C/C composites, Graphene, lithium battery negative electrode materials, VGCF negative material, etc.

l With imported insulation materials and advanced furnace structure, it covers a small area and is convenient to move, especially suitable for laboratory use.

l Adopting digital display intelligent temperature control system, fully automatic and high-precision temperature measurement and temperature control process, the system can heat up according to the given heating curve, and can store 20 heating process curves.
