Frozen meat grinder is a highly versatile and widely used meat processing equipment in the meat product production industry. The meat grinder mainly consists of a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, and a driving mechanism. It relies on a screw to push the raw meat from the hopper box to the pre cutting plate, and through the rotation and compression of the screw, the orifice plate and the cutter produce relative mass operation, thereby cutting the raw meat into particle shapes, ensuring the uniformity of the meat filling. Different combinations of orifice plates can achieve ideal requirements for different meat fillings.
The size of the orifice plate can be selected between 3-12mm according to one's own production needs.
