Basement System

300mm high galvanized sheet,forward-reverse direction change is available.2 rows of earth screen,3 rows of Checkered plate.2 slope step stands.

Booth Body System

The inside and outside wall boards are of 0.326mm color-coated sheets with rock wool as the fling with a capacity of 100kg/m2.Tipping with galvanized sheet around the booth body with a door tipped with EPS,and external door bol.Tipping with aluminum alloy of safety door.The door is equipped with mechanical pressure.

Air System

2X3KW fan,YDW11 dual-inlet centrifugal fan.Fan base is of 40 sectional bar frame covered with galvanized sheet.Fuel heating applies manual throtle for switching between paint spraying and baking.

Heating System

It is of assembled hot-air wall boards,Infrared heating or fuel burning is applied.For fuel heating,it applies one set of China-made burner and one set of stainless steel tube-type heat exchanger.There is a small view window.For infrared heating,10 groups of fixed infrared heating integrator,totally 30KW.Group control is applied for better pertinence to partial baking,energy saving,and environment-friendly production without discharge.

Illuminating System

The ceiling lights is equipped with 4X36WX8 groups.

Air Filtering System

China-made high-quality chip-type inlet filter cotton and China-made hi-quality hi-efficiency filter cotton.It has 6 pieces of C-profile steel roof meshes.

Control System

All main parts are of famous bands made in China,such as the contactors,breaker and switches.There are over temperature alarm,phase loss and other multiple protections,so it is safe and reliable.
