Product Description
Product Description |
5A AC Sensor Module
The 5A overcurrent protection sensor module module uses the current transformer to collect AC signals to realize relay signal
output after overcurrent in the range of 0-5A. Over-current relay pulls in, and over-current relay releases, users can use the
COM, NC, and NO ports of the relay to control the connection and disconnection of external circuits to achieve over-current
protection
Parameter
Working voltage: DC5V;
Working current: <20MA;
Operating frequency range: 20Hz ~ 400Hz
Output mode: switch signal output;
Maximum detection wire diameter: 5.2mm
Mounting hole: hole diameter is 3mm, hole distance is 52.5mm
Working environment: -40 ~ 85 Degree, 0-95% RH
Current detection range AC 0.3-5A
VCC
: working voltage positive
GND : negative working voltage;
ON : Normally open, NO and COM are disconnected before the relay pulls in, and short-circuited after pulling in;
COM: public terminal, relay common interface;
NC: Normally closed end, NC and COM are shorted before the relay pulls in, and disconnected after pulling
The overcurrent protection point is set by adjusting the potentiometer, where the clockwise adjustment reduces the detection
current. Methods as below:
Pass the wire under test through the current transformer, connect VCC and GND to DC1 2V power supply; adjust the potentiometer,
when the sound of the relay pull-in is heard (use a multimeter to measure whether COM and NO are connected, if it is connected,
the relay has been pulled in ), Then reduce or cut off the current flowing through the conductor under test. If the relay is
released at this time, it means that the overcurrent protection point has been found.
If the relay is not released when the current flowing through the conductor under test is reduced or cut off, it means that the
potentiometer must be adjusted to find the overcurrent protection point.
