1500W INDUCTION HEATER FOR BOLT REMOVAL

This portable induction heater is used for fast heat treatment.Install appropriate coil and place over or around ferrous
metal.Ideal for loosening stubborn and seized fixings. Supplied with special dent induction block for panel expansion and induction pad for plastic trim/sticker removal. Induction element delivers heat quickly and effectively. Packed in black carry-case.

This device adopt Electro-Magnetic induction theory, can fast heat small metal parts on auto or machines. Mainly used for heating Rusted/ Frozen/ Corrosive Bolt, Nut, Fasteners, Suspension Nut, Gears, Pulley, and Bearings etc. Meanwhile, it also can help removing stickers on cars.

Product Description

MEGA HEATER

Mobile induction heater for fast heat delivery.Install appropriate coil and place over or aroud ferrous metal.Ideal for loosening stubborn and seized fixings.

Supplied with special dent induction block for panel expansion and induction pad for plastic trim/sticker removal. Induction element delivers high heat fast and effectively. Supplied in carry-case.

Heating Abilities: In around 30 seconds, it can heat a 20mm diameter bolt to a temperature above 300ºC, maximum temperature canreach around 750ºC.

The advantage if using this device is it is totally flameless, comparing with traditional way of heating by fire, it is much safer and of higher work efficiency, without the worry of harming the adjacent area. Light weight, do not need water cooling, and very easy to use.
