Structural features
1. Combined assembly, mainly including column piece, guide groove, drawer layer, pull rod, positioning pin, etc. it is connected by bolts, and the structure is stable, safe and reliable. It is generally used in rows;
2. The drawer plate is mainly composed of slide rail and drawer plate. The drawer plate is composed of frame and steel plate welded by rectangular tube and bending parts.Each slide rail is fixed by two bearings at the front and back, which can roll freely in the guide groove with small resistance and can be easily pulled out by one hand;
3. For the sake of safety, we designed the locating pin and limiting pin at the drawer disk to ensure the safety of the drawer when it is pulled out;
4. The load of light drawer is 200-1200kg, and that of heavy drawer is 800kg-2000kg; the semi open drawer design is combined with crane or trolley to access mold, which can increase the use of corridor space in the factory; it can be installed with crane, which is convenient for lifting, lowering and moving of heavy objects, with a load of 500kg;
4. Drawer type shelf covers less space, has heavy layers, detailed classification and simple operation. It can be extended by unlimited combination according to operation requirements.
