Double shaft tIre shredder machine
1.It designs to shred the whole tire shred into different size of rubber chips based on customer requirement.
2.The baldes made of high quality steel raw material, and through many times heat treatment to gurantee the best crshing performance. The thickness of the blades is 25mm-152mm based on the tire type, output and finial products.
3.The grinder can process OTR tires, big truck tires, car tires and so on with 1-40t/h
This is the main equipement in whole tire recyling line for making different sizes of rubber material.
1. Tire shredder to shred waste tire into rubber blocks
2. Rasper continue to process rubber blocks into 10-30mm rubber mulch, and remove the wire steel
3. Granulator process the rubber mulch into 1-6mm rubber granule,and remove the nylon fiber
4. Miller process the rubber granule into 30-120mesh rubber powder
