This mix bed is ion and cation exchange equipment, which is stuffed by the ion exchange resin and

cation exchange resin in a certain ration and mix the resins by compressed air. Two kinds of resin are stacked together tightly which equals to numerous ion exchange unit and cation exchange unit running in series. In mix bed system, the cation and ion exchange happened at the same time which contributes to the balance of exchange reactor, not only react fast, but also completely that is why it can produce higher purity water.

Main Application for mixed bed deionizer/deionized water system:

The mix bed deionizer for water treatment system always is set behind anion exchanger of first pass composite bed and used for further demineralization and the precision treatment for ultra-pure water. The mix bed for water treatment system also can be used separately, if the salinity containing rate of the raw water is not too high.

The mix bed idely applied in electronic industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, the

feed water for high pressure and super high pressure boiler of mid-large thermal power plant, and the

industries which have a higher water purity requirement.

Technology Parameter  For producing ultra-pure water the feed water should be the outlet water of

first pass composite bed or RO system;0.25 Mpa≤ working pressure ≤0.6 Mpa, Filter speed:30-50 m/h; Resistance of output water≥5-16 MΩ·Technical Parameter of Equipment.

Working can be one in use, one standy, when one mixbed filter resin need regeneation, the other one

will in working condition, or two in use, the final product water resistivity will be very high.
