High quality high load low speed deep groove ball bearings
Angular contact bearings can bear both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher speeds.
The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity. The contact angle is the angle between the line connecting the contact points of the ball and the raceway in the
radial plane and the vertical line of the bearing axis. High-precision and high-speed bearings usually have a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the
contact angle will increase.

Marking and designation of bearing pairs
Paired bearings consist of
bearings with matching inner and outer diameters. The first letter represents
the number of paired bearings. D 2 bearing mating set - double T 3 bearing
mating set - triple Q 4 bearing mating set - quadruple The order of bearings
within a ready-to-install paired bearing set is fixed. The second (or third)
letter indicates the bearing arrangement within the bearing set: B Back-to-back arrangement F Face-to-face arrangement T Tandem arrangement BT 2 or 3
bearings are arranged in parallel with another bearing to form a back-to-back
arrangement FT 2 or 3 bearings arranged in tandem with another bearing then
formed in a face-to-face arrangement The overall mounting direction of the
ready-to-install bearings is indicated by the large arrow punched on the entire
bearing set, and the bearings are arranged according to the direction of this
arrow. The second letter in the name of the universal pair bearing is U. The
bearings of the universal pair bearing group can be arranged arbitrarily without performance loss. Therefore universal pair bearing single bearing outer ring
does not need to be mounted mark, only marked with contact angle direction.

Angular contact ball bearings
can bear both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher rotation speed. The larger the contact Angle, the higher the axial carrying capacity. The contact Angle is the Angle between the contact point connection of the ball and raceway and the vertical line of the bearing axis in the radial plane. High precision and high speed bearings usually take 15 degrees of contact Angle. Under axial force, the contact Angle will increase. Single row angular contact ball bearing can only bear axial load in one direction, when bearing radial load, it will cause additional axial force. And only limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. Angular contact ball bearings have a contact Angle of 40 degrees, so they can withstand a large axial load.
