Q1:Are you a manufacture?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer. We are specialized in cosmetic bag and packing bag for more than 10 years.
Q2: All the saples are free?
A: Most of our samples are free (as long as you pay the cost of couier), if you need to do customized size or mark your logo on it. You should pay moulding charge. The sample fee will be refunded when order confirmed. (further information in details please cotact our salers)
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking ,it takes about 30 days to acomplish the mass production. But it also depends on your order quantity and the season you place the order.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T or L/C or alipay or paypal. 30% as deposit , 70% balance before loading or againast copy of B/L.
Q5: What’s the MOQ?
A:Normally MOQ is 2000pcs per color ,.or according to specific bag’s size and materials. If we have goods in stock, there is no MOQ request. Further information please contact our sales team.
Q6: Can you do based on our design?
A: Yes, we supply OEM/ODM service. Please send your design or idea, you provide us your artwork in clear, AI or PDF or EPS. Then we will make it accordingly.
Q7: May I use the color I like most?
A: Yes, the color is optional (as per panton color)
