Q1: How many years quality guarantee for your faucets?
A: We provide 3-5years quality guarantee for brass faucet and 1-2 years quality guarantee for zinc faucet as per different level quality. If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair part will be sent in the next order.
Q2: Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it or not?
A: Yes, sample is available, customer needs to pay for the sample and express cost, but we will refund it after you place an order.
Q3: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 20-Year experience.
Q4: Can your factory provide customized service?
A1: Yes, we accept OEM order. our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products. We also can help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.
Q5: How is your factory production capability?
A: We has a full production line including casting Line, machining Line, polishing Line, electroplating line and assembling line. We can manufacture products up to 60000 pcs per month.
