UL Listed ANSI Grade 1 Stainless Steel Mortise Lock Set
The 8700 Series Mortise Lockset is designed to meet the ANSI A156.13.-2005 Grade 1. This means it will function in excess of over 1000000 times. It is suitable for frequently hotels and hospitals.
1. Heavy duty commercial mortise lock, all bolts are made of stainless steel, most working parts inside the case are made of high strength steel alloy.
2. UL listed 3 hour fire rating, it also meets or exceeds the ANSI A156.13-2005 Grade 1 specfication.
3. The lock case has a dimension of 92mm center cylinder to spindle, which enable the lock to retrofit most of manufactures' mortise lock, without or with a little modification to the drill hole of door, offering for like replacement capabilities.
4. The lock case is non-handed, reversibility without disassembling the lock case allowing for a full compliment of function.
5. Material of lever can be optional for eigher forged solid brass or lower cost pressure zinc cast. Rose and escutcheon are snap-on.
6. Through-bolted trim self-align with lock case.
