1, Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory that manufactures mid- to high-end decks, located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province. We have our own production workshop, equipped with automatic and semi-automatic machines. Experienced technicians and workers are our most valuable asset.
2, How to get a quote from you?
Click our Website “contact”----> then click “contact supplier”, then specify your cards detail for us to quote. We will reply you within 6 hours. Or sending your deck details to email cico@arcanapressco.com. to get a quote.
3, Do you offer templates to do designing work? What kind of formats you accept?
A, Once the product specifications are confirmed, we will provide you with templates for cards, boxes, and guidebooks. You only need to fill in the art work in the template.
B, We accept files in JPG, PDF, PSD, AI format. PDF is our first choice. If you send an AI file to us, please remember to attach the font and image link so that we don’t lose content when we open the file. The resolution required for printing shall not be lower than 300DPI.
4, What is your MOQ? Can I make cards under your MOQ?
Our mini order is 300 decks, order under 300 decks, please check with us, we will check what is the best we can offer.
5, How to summit designing files?
You can uploading files to Dropbox.com, wetransfer.com or drive.google.com, and we will download them when you send us the link.
6,Which payment ways you are accepting ?
We accept Paypal via and bank transferring. 30% deposit before order production, before shipment 70% balance + shipment cost need to be paid. We are one of the honest supplier chosen by Alibaba company, so we can use TRADE ASSURANCE. Alibaba Trade Assurance allows you to pay the money to Alibaba as a neutral 3rd party then it will be sent to the manufacturer. They accept Credit Cards, T/T and E-checking.
7, Lead time for production?
Production time is affected by the quantity of orders, product complexity and sales season. Welcome to contact us to get an accurate answer.
